Established in 1945, Swartz Construction was built on family and community values by Alvin and Katherine Swartz in Glendale, AZ. Their son, James Swartz, worked alongside his parents and took over the business in the 1970s. The daughter of James, Jan Swartz, became the third generation owner of Swartz Construction in 2017 and leads the Swartz Construction crew, some of whom started their employment with Swartz Construction over 20 years ago.
